Your email, username, hashed password, wallet balance, and referral code make up your account. On top of that we log what you rent (service, country, phone number, any code delivered) and whatever you write to us in a ticket or the chat widget. That's the whole list — no hidden data collection beyond what the platform needs to function.

Each piece of data maps to a feature: your email verifies who you are, your balance tracks what you've paid for, your order history is how you see what numbers you've rented. Nothing here feeds a profile for ads — PolarSMS doesn't run any.

A cookie keeps your login alive; local storage remembers small UI choices, like closing this site's cookie banner so it doesn't nag you again. That's the extent of it — no third-party trackers piggybacking on your visit.

Only when it has to: a payment processor to handle a wallet top-up, an email service to deliver a verification link, or a legal authority if we're required by law to respond. We are not in the business of selling or renting out your information.

As long as your account stays open, so your history and balance stay accurate. Close your account and ask for deletion, and we clear your personal identifiers — short of anything we're legally obligated to retain for fraud or compliance reasons.
