What is Polar SMS?

Polar SMS provides temporary phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. You can verify accounts on Telegram, WhatsApp, Google, and hundreds of other services without using your real phone number.

How do I buy a number?

Register an account, choose a service and country from the homepage or dashboard, and click "Buy". The cost is shown before purchase. Your temporary number appears instantly in the dashboard.

What happens if I don't receive the SMS?

If no code arrives within the activation window, the charge is automatically refunded to your wallet. You only pay for successful verifications.

How long does a number last?

Each activation is valid for approximately 20 minutes. If you need a longer-term number, contact support for rental options.

Can I cancel an activation?

Yes. Click "Cancel" on any active activation in your dashboard. If the provider accepts the cancellation, you receive a full refund to your wallet balance.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we offer demo balance top-ups for testing. Production payment processing including cryptocurrency and card payments is coming soon. Contact support for bulk purchases.

How does the API work?

Every account gets an API key automatically. Use it with our SMS-Activate-compatible API at /api/customer. Check the API docs page for examples. Supports both text and JSON response formats.

Is my data private?

Yes. We do not read your SMS messages, we do not sell your data, and we never share your phone numbers with third parties. Numbers are temporary and recycled after use.

How is pricing calculated?

Prices are based on upstream provider cost plus a small platform margin. We show the full price before purchase — no hidden fees, no surprises.

Can I use Polar SMS for WhatsApp or Telegram?

Absolutely. These are our most popular services. Select the service, choose your preferred country, and receive a verification code within seconds.

What countries are available?

We offer numbers from multiple countries including USA, UK, Canada, Germany, UAE, and more. The full list updates in real-time based on provider stock availability.
